Two staircase, one internal from the lower level of the Maisonette and an other external from the garden, both lead to one-room semi basement apartment, fully equipped, which has two single beds and A/C , a large bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a sitting area with a sofa bed for two persons and a TV. Outside there is a furnished with a dining table veranda offering garden view. Some steps up leads to a sitting relaxing area with sofas and sun-beds offering panoramic sea view. This apartment can be completely isolated from the maisonette and can be rented separately.
